WHERE THEY STARTED
Gla Skin Care wasn’t a broken business. The work was good and the reviews said so. What was broken was how new clients found the studio.
Three agencies had already taken a swing, one channel at a time. One built a new website; the calls and form fills it produced barely registered. A Google Ads specialist ran paid campaigns that never turned profitable. A third agency took over social, posting to Instagram and Facebook — the posts went up, and nothing meaningful came back.
Add it up and the numbers were blunt. The studio’s whole online presence — site, ads, social — was bringing in about $635 a month in revenue. And landing one booking was costing $296 in marketing spend, all-in: every channel counted, not just the ad clicks.
None of that was because any one channel was the wrong idea. Paid clicks were landing on a site that couldn’t convert them. Social had nowhere worth sending people. Nothing was tracked well enough to show where the money was leaking. Gla didn’t need a fourth specialist. It needed the whole engine.

WHAT WE CHANGED
By the time we started, Gla had already paid for a new website, an ads specialist, and a social agency — separately. So we made the decision nobody had made yet: stop fixing channels one at a time, and build the system that connects them. Six pieces, built to work as one. Here’s what each looked like at Gla.
01 — website, rebuilt to convert.
A website that doesn’t convert makes every marketing dollar behind it more expensive. We rebuilt Gla’s from the ground up — design, copywriting, page structure, and the on-page SEO underneath it (the titles, headings, and wording that tell Google what the studio offers and where). In this business the site is the first proof of the studio’s taste, so it had to look the part. But looking good was half the job. Every page was written to move a visitor toward one action: booking.
02 — Getting found without paying for it.
Then we built the site’s reputation beyond its own pages: a backlink profile — other reputable sites linking to Gla’s, which search engines read as trust — and listings in the niche directories where people actually look for skin care. Organic traffic started arriving and turning into leads. Bookings with no ad cost attached.
03 — Google Ads, rebuilt around bookings.
Paid search had already burned Gla once, so this is where the rebuild had the most to prove. We rebuilt the campaigns and ran them on our proprietary ad optimization method. How it works stays with us — very few advertisers do this, and it’s a real edge. The numbers do the explaining: paid search stopped burning money and started producing bookings that cost less than they bring in.
04 — Social that earns its keep.
We took over the creative — designed posts and stories for the organic feed, and ad creatives built for paid campaigns, all matched to the look of the new site. Social stopped being posting for posting’s sake and became one more road into an engine that converts.
05 — Email working in the background.
We designed and deployed automated email sequences that nurture subscribers toward booking — running every day, in the background, without anyone at the studio having to write a newsletter at midnight.
06 — Every booking, traced.
Underneath all of it: analytics that tie every booking back to its source — which ad, which search, which post. That isn’t bookkeeping. It’s how the budget knows where to go next — and it’s why the numbers on this page are exact, not estimated.

WHAT HAPPENED
Before
$296 a booking · a half-empty schedule
After (6 months)
$10 a booking · turning customers away
Six months in, the marketing cost of putting one appointment on the books — the cost per booking — had fallen from $296 to $10, counting every marketing dollar. A cut of more than 95%. It didn’t come from one clever campaign. It came from every part of the engine doing its job at once: a site that converts its visitors, organic leads arriving with no ad cost attached, campaigns tuned against bookings instead of clicks, and a budget that only feeds what’s working.
The money followed. The $635 a month the old online presence brought in became $7,375 a month by the end of the first year — more than 11x, every dollar traced to its source.
Then came the part that tells you the engine is real: after the first year, we started dialing the advertising budget down. Not because growth stalled — because the schedule was running at near 100% of capacity, and a growing share of it was returning clients who didn’t need an ad to come back. When paid spend can shrink while the calendar stays full, the engine isn’t renting customers anymore. It’s keeping them.
Today the constraint on growth isn’t demand. Gohar is preparing to move into a larger space, because the next stage isn’t about getting more leads. It’s about having room for the ones already coming in.

What partners say
"I'd worked with three agencies before Summit, and none of them moved the needle. We were paying $296 for a single booking and the schedule was still half empty. Six months in, that number is $10 and we're turning people away. They didn't just run ads. They rebuilt how we get customers."
