ABOUT SUMMIT
That's not a tagline — it's the model. Summit was built by an operator who ran the businesses and hit the same walls you're hitting. We bring the marketing engine and the ad capital, put our own money on the line, and only get paid when you grow. You keep running the business.

One partner. One playbook. The same engine we run for every operator we work with.
WHY WE EXIST
Most operators we meet could run a business several times the size of the one they have. What stops them isn't the operating. It's the cost of growing.
A skilled operator runs a profitable local service business and wants to grow. To do it right, they need a real brand and a marketing engine — which runs into six figures to build — and the ad spend to feed it, which floats out of their own pocket before a single new job pays it back. Most can't swallow that out of savings. So the business stays the size their savings allow, no matter how good the operator is.
Meanwhile the biggest buyers in the country — private equity — are paying record multiples to roll these same businesses up. The operators who built them usually see the smallest slice. We think the operator should get to build the big version, and own most of it.
So we built Summit to remove the one thing in the way: the capital. We put up the build and the ad spend, run the same growth engine every time, and share only in the upside we create.

WHO'S BEHIND SUMMIT
David Gukasyan built Summit. Before this, he built and ran his own businesses — so he knows the walls you hit when a good operation is ready to grow and the money to grow it isn't there. The playbook Summit runs is the one he put together solving those problems for himself, not a process he drew on a whiteboard. He drives every partnership Summit takes on personally.
And the engine isn't theoretical. Before building his own businesses, David ran marketing for a major entertainment company — so the engine Summit points at your business is one he's already run at scale. UCLA Anderson MBA. Venture accelerator program.
Summit runs lean on purpose. A small US-based team, with expert hands on the creative and technical work the engine needs. You're not handed off to a junior account manager — the people who build your growth are the ones accountable for it.
HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
Most operators have hired an agency before. Here's why this isn't that.
An agency gets paid either way. We don't.
We only make money on the growth we create — a share of the profit above your current baseline, and equity that vests when we hit milestones, not when the calendar moves. If the business doesn't grow, we don't get paid.
An agency spends your budget. We spend ours.
We fund the ad spend on our own credit, not yours. You don't float six figures of marketing out of your own pocket waiting for it to pay back.
An agency hands you a report. We're in the business with you.
The build was our money. The ad spend is our risk through the ramp. We win when you win — and not before.
That's the line between a vendor and a partner.
The exact mechanics — equity, profit share, financing — are on The Model.

WHAT TO EXPECT
No surprises. Here's the texture of it.
We're not trying to be your agency. We're trying to build something with you that's worth a lot more than what you started with — and that you still own most of.
We'll tell you no.
We say no to most operators who apply — not because they're bad at what they do, but because the partnership only works when both sides are set up for it. We'd rather pass than take your business on a maybe.
We'll tell you when something isn't worth the money
including our own ideas. Clean books and real numbers mean every call gets made on facts, not hope. If a dollar's better spent somewhere other than where we planned, we'll say so.
We'll push you.
A 10x business is a different business. We'll challenge how you price, who you hire, what you say yes to. You know your trade. We know growth. It works when both sides trust the other on what they're best at.
We bring the build, the ad spend, and the playbook. You bring the business. Let’s see if we’re a fit.
